Yi joined Lake Partners after college and worked on a variety projects across the healthcare, financial, consumer, industrial, and technology sectors.  Over time, she became an in-house expert on healthcare data analysis, and went on to mentor more junior analysts.  Yi attributes her analyst days at Lake Partners for giving her transformative tools in problem-solving and project management, critical to her future work.

In 2017, Yi left Lake Partners to serve in the U.S. Peace Corps in Senegal.  As a Community Economic Development volunteer, Yi worked alongside local counterparts to train, advise, and coach Senegalese youth and women in entrepreneurship to develop their economic potential.  Yi continues her support of private sector development at the Harvard Kenney School, pursuing a Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID).
